Every client has access to me via one-on-one messaging as well as live check ins. You can also choose from packages that include form feedback, nutrition coaching, and live sessions. You can choose between a monthly membership or choose a longer contract that will be invoiced upon purchase of services. All payments are processed in USD via Trainerize.

All sales are final. For membership based services, please contact me two weeks prior to your next invoice in order to cancel services. For paid in full packages, services can be delayed or cancelled with a partial refund due to extenuating circumstances. Refund amount will be determined by percent of program design trainer has not completed and services have not been rendered.
